Credit To Capital does not provide loans, extend credit, guarantee funding or credit approval, or act as a lender or broker of consumer or commercial credit. Any funding decisions, credit decisions, or approvals are made by third-party lenders or financial institutions.

The use of the Services does not create any attorney-client, accountant-client, or fiduciary relationship.

b. Service Availability

b. Cap on Liability

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us for the use of the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

c. No Liability for Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for any Third-Party Services made available through the Services. Your use of Third-Party Services is at your own risk, and we make no representations or warranties regarding such services.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in our performance under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, supply chain disruptions, pandemics, power outages, or government restrictions.

f. Headings

The headings used in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
